Kerry Richison Honored as Peak Innovation Center Classified Employee of the Year!

Fort Smith Public Schools is proud to recognize Kerry Richison as the Peak Innovation Center Classified Employee of the Year! As the Building Engineer at Peak, Kerry’s dedication, work ethic, and leadership set the standard for excellence. Whether arriving early, staying late, or working weekends to support events, she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure Peak operates smoothly and efficiently.

Kerry’s impact extends far beyond facility operations—she is a true team player and an exceptional leader. She works closely with FSPS staff and students, as well as guests, community partners, and UAFS students and staff, always providing a welcoming and professional environment. Her commitment to excellence and pride in her work make her an invaluable part of the Peak Innovation Center.
