About Peak
Welcome to Peak Innovation Center!
Fort Smith’s Peak Innovation Center is changing the educational and economic landscape of the River Valley region. The culmination of education, community, business and industry efforts have forged a path towards a new educational model where students will be taught by industry leaders in real-world scenarios and on up-to-date, industry-specific equipment.
The Peak Innovation Center is a place where career and college-bound students develop real-world skills and earn industry-specific certifications to create a future workforce that will drive success across the industry and beyond. Beyond high school students, the center will be utilized to meet the retraining needs of incumbent workers through our partnerships with Fort Smith Adult Education, the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith, and the Regional Workforce Development Group.
